Hello and welcome to YouJjayi Life with me, Lisa Heath, trainee breathwork and meditation instructor with JustBreathe; health hack researcher and sustainable-life enthusiast. 🌟

Ujjayi ("yoo-jigh-ee") is a simple yoga breathing technique also known as Ocean Breath. Easy to learn yet very powerful, it is both calming and energising. It helps us come into the present so we can lead a more conscious and intentional life.

YouJjayi is your ocean breath. It is your contribution to the well-being of all.

A YouJjayi Life is one inspired and ignited by a conscious focus on your own breath. It is a life where actions and decisions are taken from a place of detached stillness, where there is a natural flow of ease, joy, compassion and love.

This is where we are heading. Breathwork and meditation are our vehicles and our hearts will lead the way.💛
